900 Captain Jack Power Washing by Painting Contractor

The painting contractor is scheduled to pressure wash the exterior of the building May 23 – 25.

• Once power washing of Captain Jack is complete, the building will take 1-2 weeks to dry out before the painting contract can prep for exterior painting.
• The painting prep will include taping off all windows and doors, limiting entry to the units for about one week.
• The painting schedule is subject to weather delays.
