  NOTICE OF SNOWATER TIME SHARE ASSOCIATION (STSA) 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) Pursuant to the STSA Bylaws, Part 3.4 Notice of Meetings, notice is hereby given that the STSA AGM webinar meeting will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 and will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. The Board of Directors will be holding an online meeting via ZOOM video Webinar.  Instructions for joining the meeting are located at the Owner Info page, under Snowater Time Share Association, AGM Documents in the 2022 Notice of AGM document. The purpose of the Meeting is to review Association business and financial activities over the previous year, and share committee reports on various activities.  Also, elect TSA Board Members for two of the five Board positions and provide guidance to the TSA Board for bettering our use and enjoyment of your Snowater ownership and TSA operations. Per the Bylaws, in order to have an official meeting, 10% of voting members must be present or represented by proxy. Therefore, it is very important that you fill out the enclosed proxy form.  Completed proxy forms should be emailed to office@snowater.org or mailed to Snowater Timeshare Association; PO 5002; Glacier, WA 98244 no later March 24^th. An electronic copy of the AGM packet will be emailed to all owners.
