Queen mattress set replace in all 43 time share condos

22 sofa beds are being replaced in condos. Large Freight truck delivery, Mover Dudes, and Fork lift driver operator on site. Old sofa beds are being picked up by reservation only, individuals have reserved the sofas.

Clubhouse, Recreation Building, and Log Cabin closed for carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, window washing, etc.

The painting contractor is scheduled to pressure wash the exterior of the building May 23 - 25. The new skylights will be installed Friday, June 3rd at the 800 building. All owners have been notified.

The painters are scheduled to pressure wash the chimney chases at 800 Solitaire in preparation for painting. Usage of condominium apartments will not be affected. All owner have been notified.
