All condo apartment units at Snowater are privtely owned. All units are in 3-story buildings ranging from 8 to 14 condo units per building. Each building is its own condominium association and has its own capital reserve account. Assessments are collected quarterly and Snowater takes great care to build up its Capital Reserves to prepare for current and future refurbishments. Many of our current owners have been vested in Snowater for over 30 years.
